Production and shipping
Typically produced in about one business day before shipping. Carrier transit time is separate from production time and depends on your location; a specific delivery estimate becomes available once your order is placed.
Order changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be requested only before the order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and damaged items
Because each garment is made to order, we’re unable to offer a free return, refund, or exchange for wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at shop@bigmoneyvision101.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
