Order changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be requested only before the order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Email shop@bigmoneyvision101.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need a change.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer a free return, refund, or exchange for a wrong size ordered, a wrong color ordered, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart for the specific garment before ordering. Classic unisex fit.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact shop@bigmoneyvision101.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
Color variation
Colors are shown as accurately as possible, but actual color can vary slightly from screen to screen. Items made by different production partners, such as sweatpants and tops, may not be an exact shade match.
